What is rubyni® elderberry?

rubyni® is a pure, high-quality food supplement made from the extract of the berries of the black elderberry of the Haschberg variety. rubyni® is organic, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free.

Why does rubyni® consist purely of elderberry, without any other (fillers) additives?

How is rubyni® elderberry produced?

rubyni® is extracted from the berries of the black elderberry of the Haschberg variety and processed into a highly concentrated, purely organic powder by our purely mechanical drying process. We treat the raw material elderberry particularly carefully and thus preserve its full power.

Is rubyni® elderberry suitable for diabetics?

rubyni® has no added sugar and is therefore suitable for diabetics. However, a small, natural residual amount of sugar may be present.

Why is rubyni® elderberry not available in liquid form?

Elderberry loses its active ingredients in liquid form after a short storage time. Therefore, we offer the Haschberg variety exclusively as a powder extract in dietary supplements.

Why is the elderberry of the Haschberg variety so special?

The berries of the black elderberry variety Haschberg are late ripening, very dark, almost black and therefore full of power and valuable anthocyanins. These berries are the basis for rubyni®.

Is rubyni® really good for the immune system?

Yes, proven by studies, rubyni® supports the normal function of the immune system in a completely natural way when taken regularly on a daily basis.

Does rubyni® help against cold symptoms?

Studies show that rubyni® strengthens and supports the natural immune system. However, rubyni is not a cure or medicine and is not approved as such.

Is rubyni® an alternative immune protection?

Various scientific studies show that black elderberry naturally supports the normal immune system when consumed on a daily, regular basis.

At what intervals should I consume rubyni®?

To contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, 1 – 2 capsules rubyni® should be consumed daily and regularly with sufficient liquid, unchewed.

Where are BerryPharma products manufactured?

Our extracts come from our own production within our family. For 100 years, we have been producing and processing high-quality fruit concentrates and extracts in our family. For bottling, we work with different suppliers who meet our highest quality standards for the respective product.

Is your product free from fructose?

We do not add fructose to our products. Products containing plant extracts contain small amounts of naturally occurring fructose. Small amounts of fructose are usually tolerated without any problems. Please also ask your doctor about this.

What is the silica gel dry bag included in the jar for?

This desiccant bag contains the desiccant silica, also known as silica gel or silica gel, and is used to protect moisture-sensitive products.

Is the silica gel dry bag hazardous to health or toxic?

The silica gel dry bags we use are not hazardous to health or toxic. However, the dry bags should not be swallowed. Please keep out of the reach of children.

How to dispose of the silica gel dry bag?

Simply dispose of in household waste or reuse. There are numerous application examples on the Internet.

Does rubyni® need to be stored in the refrigerator?

No.

Is the bottle/lid recyclable?

Yes, the lid is made of plastic and can be recycled. But you can also peel off the label and simply reuse the jar with lid for various applications, e.g. in the household.

What material are the capsules used by BerryPharma made of?

Please note the respective information on the packaging. In principle, however, we use vegan capsules made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Can I open the capsules if I have problems swallowing the capsules?

If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can open them by pulling the two halves apart. You are welcome to drink the extract pure or dissolved in water. Please pay attention to the intense red color of the elderberry extract. Your tongue as well as your mouth and throat may turn intensely red. This will go away on its own and is not dangerous, but may be bothersome.

From what age is rubyni® suitable?

rubyni® pure in capsules is usually suitable for consumption from 4 years.

How many capsules rubyni® can I consume per day?

We recommend consumption of 1 – 2 capsules rubyni® daily and regularly.

Can pregnant women and nursing mothers consume rubyni®?

Because rubyni® is a food, you can also consume this during pregnancy / lactation. In case of doubt, however, this should be discussed again with your doctor.

What is the shelf life of rubyni® after opening?

The product has a shelf life of at least 3 months after opening if stored dry in the sealed jar with the desiccant bag included. The desiccant bag protects the product from possible moisture in the sealed jar.

What if I forget to take it?

Continue taking at the next time as normal with the recommended amount.

How can I change my bank details (IBAN)?
