Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries to Germany:
With DHL 4,90 Euro shipping costs, with UPS 7,90 Euro shipping costs. Free shipping for orders over 49.90 euros.
Deliveries to Austria and Italy:
With DHL 6,90 Euro shipping costs, with UPS 6,90 Euro shipping costs. Free shipping for orders over 49.90 euros.
Deliveries to other countries abroad:
Shipping costs see table. Shipping costs are generally free of charge for goods with a value of 160.00 euros.

Delivery deadlines
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 2 – 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 2 – 5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

More details about payment
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
