rubyni® Vitamin B KOMPLEX

Vitamin B KOMPLEX – for more energy and better nerves

Have you been suffering from frequent headaches recently or are you prone to forgetfulness? Do you feel stressed and tired – or do you often struggle with torn corners of the mouth? At first glance, it may seem that these complaints have little to do with each other. But there may well be a common cause behind them: a lack of B vitamins.1

The group of B vitamins comprises eight important vital substances that are closely intertwined in their effects.2 For example, they help to keep your energy metabolism in balance. They have a positive influence on your mood and make an important contribution to the health of your skin and mucous membranes.

rubyni® Vitamin B KOMPLEX provides you with the entire range of essential B vitamins – purely plant-based and from a natural source.

How many B vitamins does your body need?

You need a varied diet to cover your need for all eight B vitamins: It should include wholemeal products, seeds and pulses, as well as various types of fruit and vegetables. Animal products such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy products are also important sources of vitamins.

To stay healthy, your body needs different amounts of the individual B vitamins every day. The German Nutrition Society (DGE) provides recommendations or estimates. Some of these differ for men and women. 3-17

The European Union (EU) deviates from this in part with its nutrient reference value (NRV for short). This value serves as a guide in the manufacture of food supplements when it comes to the dosage of vitamins and minerals.18

The EU recommendations apply to both genders.18

rubyni® Vitamin B KOMPLEX at a glance: What’s in our capsules

rubyni® Vitamin B KOMPLEX is a vegan food supplement that provides you with the full vitamin B spectrum.

Ingredients:

  • Quinoa powder (from Chenopodium quinoa sprouts),
  • Organic shiitake extract (from Lentinula edodes)
  • Organic garlic extract (from Allium sativum)
  • Organic sunflower seed extract (from Helianthus annuus)
  • Organic kamut grass juice powder
  • Coating agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based capsule shell)

In our capsules, the vitamin B complex is bound in the natural plant matrix. This means that the B vitamins are present in their natural compound, which includes other secondary plant substances. In part, the valuable substances can therefore support and reinforce each other in their effect.20

Pack size: 90 capsules – in a tin made from recycled PET.

Note: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet or to replace a healthy lifestyle.

High-quality, natural and gently processed

The B vitamins and bioactive components in our rubyni® Vitamin B KOMPLEX capsules come from various natural sources: Quinoa sprouts, garlic, mushrooms and sunflower seeds. The high-quality raw materials are carefully processed in order to offer you a product of the highest quality.

The quinoa sprouts are organically grown and enriched with B vitamins in a patented process. During germination, they absorb the important vital substances into their cells and convert them into bioactive forms. This creates a highly concentrated, plant-based vitamin B complex.
Garlic, mushrooms and sunflower seeds come from Tamil Nadu in southern India – here, too, we rely 100 per cent on organic cultivation.

We obtain the organic kamut grass juice powder sustainably from freshly harvested kamut grass. Thanks to a special drying process, almost all the vitamins and minerals are retained in the powder. It therefore has raw food quality. In addition, the valuable ingredients are highly concentrated: One kilogramme of grass juice powder contains the power of 33 kilogrammes of plant matter.

Good to know:

Vitamin B complex: metabolism booster and nerve food

Eight vital substances, countless functions – the complex of B vitamins is indispensable for numerous processes in our body. The vitamins can perform some of these functions successfully as individual players.3-17 However, they often work as a team and support each other2 – experts also refer to this as a synergistic effect. The interaction works best when all the vitamins in the group arrive in the body in sufficient quantities.

The vitamins of the B group play a particularly important role in all processes that require a lot of energy. Among other things, they ensure that your body can utilise the energy it absorbs from food for various vital processes.1-17

Your nervous system, for example, has a high energy requirement.21 If you are under stress, it is under a lot of strain and needs even more energy. Good nerves are therefore heavily dependent on a good supply of B vitamins.19

You will certainly know from your own experience that stress can have an effect on your mood. This is where B vitamins can have a positive effect. This is shown by a study: people who were chronically stressed took a vitamin B complex for three months. Afterwards, they reported that they felt less stressed and that their depressed mood had improved.22

Your haematopoiesis is just as dependent on B vitamins as healthy skin and mucous membranes or beautiful hair.4-8 And vitamin B6 is essential for a good night’s sleep. This is because it is needed for the production of the sleep hormone melatonin.23
Not only that: certain vitamins of the B group (folic acid, B6 and B12) help to reduce elevated homocysteine levels in the blood. Homocysteine is a special amino acid. If you have too much of it in your body, this increases the risk of cardiovascular disease.24

convinced by rubyni®

As a former professional athlete and health-conscious person, my physical performance and well-being are extremely important to me. That's why I take rubyni® with elderberry - it's now part of my daily routine. I am convinced of the positive effects of elderberries on my immune system, my energy balance and my fitness, especially during regeneration after periods of stress

I work as a nutrition and health consultant and am a trained phytotherapist. Transparency, sustainability, and quality are very important to me. And I have to say that rubyni® has completely convinced me as a brand. The capsules contain only extremely high-quality and natural ingredients whose effectiveness has been proven by studies and which supply the body with important nutrients. On my YouTube channel Ohlala & Solala I have published some videos about my personal rubyni® journey. There I share even more about what makes this supplement so special from my point of view.

As a biathlete, I have to be in top shape and perform to the letter. I had big problems with that in the past. My body was always weakened and I had to accept many setbacks. When I was looking for a solution to support my immune system permanently, I found elderberries as a superfood through my alternative practitioner. In the meantime, I take rubyni® with elderberries daily. The capsules are also super handy when I'm on the road in the World Cup. rubyni® is a valuable help for me in stressful competition phases and my immune system is finally back on top.

For more than 25 years, my focus has been on holistic, naturopathic medicine, with a particular interest in nutritional and biological topics. During this time, I have intensively studied current research findings (e.g. on orthomolecular medicine, epigenetics, nutrigenomics, phytotherapy). I found rubyni's philosophy of using total extracts with the complete efficacy profile of the entire fruit matrix exciting and convincing from the very beginning. That's why I was happy to take on the task of developing new products that would contain rubyni , but at the same time - in the sense of a synergism of effects - other ingredients for a specific purpose. rubyni® Visio now contains carefully coordinated ingredients that are specially formulated to meet the specific needs of the eyes. Valuable plant extracts and micronutrients have been combined to form a high-quality dietary supplement. This helps to maintain eye health and support vision.
