Do you want to maintain your vitality and physical mobility into old age? In addition to a good supply of numerous nutrients, enzymes, so-called biocatalysts, play a decisive role. Because without enzymes, nothing works in your body – they are indispensable for your metabolism. They ensure that certain biochemical reactions can take place quickly and efficiently.1
rubyni ENZYM PLUS combines high-quality wild blueberry extract with the two enzymes bromelain (from pineapple) and papain (from papaya) as well as other plant extracts.

Mobility and vitality in everyday life
Vitality and mobility are important prerequisites for many people to be able to actively shape their everyday lives even in old age. The term vitality encompasses both physical requirements and mental abilities. A strong immune system is just as important as strong muscles and mobility. In addition, the metabolism should function well and provide the body with sufficient energy to enable an active lifestyle. A sufficient supply of vital substances such as zinc*, vitamin B6** and biotin*** is helpful for this.
Oxidative stress, which is triggered by reactive molecules known as free radicals, can damage cells and put a strain on health. In many cases, it leads to degenerative damage, i.e. the deterioration of cells and tissues. Depending on which areas of the body are affected, this can, for example, impair your mobility and vitality and put the brakes on an active lifestyle.
Healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables contain a variety of important micronutrients that can help keep your body and mind fit into old age. Berries, for example, also contain plenty of phytochemicals. However, in our busy everyday lives, it can be difficult to consume sufficient amounts every day through food alone. If necessary, various valuable components can therefore also be supplied via dietary supplements – such as zinc.
In addition, regular exercise and maintaining everyday curiosity are also important building blocks for a vital and active life.
What functions are enzymes important for?
Enzymes are specialized proteins that convert a substance – the substrate – in a specific way. The enzyme lowers the activation energy required for a specific reaction, enabling it to proceed quickly.
One group of enzymes are the so-called proteases: They can break down other proteins. In the body, for example, they ensure the breakdown and conversion of messenger substances and are necessary for many biological processes: for example, blood clotting, cell cleansing (breakdown of old proteins), wound healing and also for the immune system.8
With increasing age, the body can produce fewer and fewer enzymes and proteases and enzyme activity decreases.9,10
Cofactors: indispensable companions for your enzymes
Enzymes are real team players: in order to be activated and function properly, they need so-called cofactors. 2,3 These can be different substances, such as vitamins or minerals.
In particular, the trace element zinc (usually as the zinc ion Zn2+) is a component of numerous enzymes.11 rubyni ENZYM PLUS provides you with 65 percent of your daily requirement according to the nutrient reference value (NRV for short). The product also contains the microalgae spirulina, which provides a wide range of micronutrients – and thus numerous potent partners for many enzymes.
Frankincense and curcuma for an active lifestyle
Frankincense(Boswellia serrata) and curcuma(Curcuma longa)12 have long been used traditionally for a variety of purposes.
Frankincense is the dried resin of trees of the Boswellia genus (balsam tree family). Boswellia serrata is characterized by a high content of so-called resin acids (boswellic acids). Our extract is standardized to a total content of 70-80% boswellic acids, including 20-30% ß-boswellic acid.
Turmeric or turmeric contains curcuminoids, in particular curcumin. This is known to many people as the yellow coloring component of the spice curry. Like frankincense, it is becoming increasingly popular in modern nutritional strategies that rely on the power of plant-based ingredients.
What do wild blueberries offer?
Wild blueberries score highly thanks to their high content of secondary plant substances, more specifically polyphenols and anthocyanins, which are also responsible for the intense coloration of the small fruits. Our highly concentrated berry extract preserves the original fruit matrix as it is extracted purely mechanically and completely solvent-free. This means that the high-quality ingredients are also available to you out of season and round off our innovative recipe.

Tobias Angerer
Cross-country skier
As a former professional athlete and health-conscious person, my physical performance and well-being are extremely important to me. That's why I take rubyni® with elderberries - it's now part of my daily routine. I am convinced of the positive effects of elderberries on my immune system, my energy levels and my fitness, especially during regeneration after periods of exertion.
Andrea Sokol
Phytotherapist | Nutrition and health consultant
I work as a nutrition and health consultant and am a trained phytotherapist. Transparency, sustainability and quality are very important to me. And I have to say that rubyni® has completely won me over as a brand. The capsules contain only extremely high-quality and natural ingredients whose effectiveness has been proven by studies and which provide the body with important nutrients. I have published several videos about my personal rubyni® journey on my YouTube channel Ohlala & Solala. There I tell you even more about what makes this dietary supplement so special from my point of view.
Hanna Kebinger
Biathlete
As a biathlete, I have to be fit and able to perform at the drop of a hat. I had big problems with that in the past. My body was repeatedly weakened and I had to put up with many setbacks. When I was looking for a solution to support my immune system in the long term, my naturopath introduced me to elderberries as a superfood, among other things. I now take rubyni® with elderberries every day. The capsules are also super handy when I'm on the World Cup circuit. Rubyni® is a valuable aid for me during stressful competition phases and my immune system is finally back on top form.
