Concentrated cherry power in a full-spectrum extract
Here’s how the sour cherry juice ends up in our capsules:
Carefully selected sour cherries form the basis of our high-quality full-spectrum extract. Immediately after harvest, the fruit is gently pressed to extract its valuable juice.
It is then gently concentrated into a full-spectrum extract using our special in-house IPT process, ensuring that the natural ingredients are preserved. The extract is then gently dried and processed into a fine powder.
In the final step, we fill vegetable capsules with our high-quality sour cherry powder. This way, each capsule combines the natural ingredients of a handful of sour cherries in concentrated form—produced with the care and expertise of our own family-run facility.

For CherryCraft®, we use exclusively the traditional Polish sour cherry variety Nadwiślanka. Its dark flesh is naturally rich in anthocyanins—valuable plant pigments that give the fruit its intense dark red color and are classified as phytochemicals.

Why don’t we use the well-known Montmorency sour cherry?
The Montmorency sour cherry is one of the world’s best-known sour cherry varieties and has been studied in numerous scientific studies. For CherryCraft®, however, we deliberately chose the traditional Polish sour cherry variety Nadwiślanka. Its dark flesh is naturally characterized by a high content of anthocyanins—the plant pigments that give the fruit its intense color. It forms the basis of our high-quality full-spectrum extract.

CherryCraft® is our proprietary raw material made from the traditional Polish sour cherry variety Nadwiślanka. The fruits are carefully selected and processed into a high-quality, full-spectrum extract using a patented, particularly gentle manufacturing process. Do rubyni® sour cherry capsules contain additives or artificial ingredients?
No. Our sour cherry capsules contain only 100% CherryCraft® full-spectrum sour cherry extract and a plant-based capsule shell. How many sour cherries are in a capsule?
