The German Nutrition Society (DGE) recommends a daily intake of 300 mg of magnesium for women and 350 mg for men.2 The European Union (EU) recommends a slightly higher daily dose of 375 mg for both genders. This is known as the Nutrient Reference Value, or NRV for short. It serves as a guideline in the manufacture of dietary supplements when it comes to the dosage of vitamins and minerals.3,4

rubyni® Magnesium at a Glance
rubyni Magnesium is a dietary supplement that contains natural magnesium in the form of organic green algae extract. The algae (Ulva lactuca) come from selected coastal regions of Europe, where they grow in natural marine habitats.
Harvesting takes place in protected coastal areas, and we place great emphasis on preserving local ecosystems and using resources in an environmentally sustainable manner.
In France, the raw material is gently processed into an extract. The magnesium content of the extract is standardized to ensure that you always receive consistent quality.

Magnesium – a mineral essential for numerous bodily functions
Magnesium is one of the most abundant minerals in the human body and plays a role in various metabolic processes. Hanna Kebinger
Biathlete
As a biathlete, I have to be fit and able to perform at the drop of a hat. I had big problems with that in the past. My body was repeatedly weakened and I had to put up with many setbacks. When I was looking for a solution to support my immune system in the long term, my naturopath introduced me to elderberries as a superfood, among other things. I now take rubyni® with elderberries every day. The capsules are also super handy when I'm on the World Cup circuit. Rubyni® is a valuable aid for me during stressful competition phases and my immune system is finally back on top form.
